National insertion: networks, associations and partnerships

UNIP's Graduate Program in Communication understands the national insertion of its professors as a strategic part of its academic and social performance. The diversity and scope of the activities carried out reflects the Program's commitment to producing knowledge that is engaged with the contemporary challenges facing Brazilian society.

In this sense, the professors actively participate in national research networks, scientific associations and research promotion councils. They also collaborate with public sector bodies, the business sector and the third sector, promoting actions with a social impact and contributing to the formulation of public policies, social technologies and cultural products.

In addition, the professors act as editors or members of editorial boards of scientific journals and coordinate prominent events in the field of Communication, strengthening the role of the Program as a training agent and articulator in the national academic scene.

Below, we present the set of initiatives and participations carried out by Program professors in the 2021-2024 quadrennium, demonstrating the relevance and breadth of PPGCOM-UNIP's national insertion.
