Program Internationalization

Between 2021 and 2024, the Graduate Program in Administration at UNIP developed several initiatives demonstrating its commitment to different levels of internationalization. In terms of basic actions, the active participation of faculty and students in international scientific events, the significant publication in high-impact foreign journals, and the conduct of academic activities with international researchers, including co-authorships and presentations at conferences abroad, stand out.

The program has also promoted the internationalization of the curriculum structure, with courses offered in English and workshops taught by foreign professors. There are also relevant experiences related to interaction with the international environment, such as faculty participation in defense boards abroad, the involvement of foreign professors in the program's examination committees, and the engagement of faculty and students in joint research projects with foreign institutions.

These actions reflect the consolidation of an institutional policy focused on internationalization, demonstrating the program's continuous effort to strengthen its presence in the international academic scenario and expand opportunities for scientific cooperation with other countries.
