PRESENTATION
The Environment and Production Laboratory (LaProMA) offers support infrastructure to the Production Engineering Graduate Program of Universidade Paulista. The group of Research Line Cleaner Production and Industrial Ecology develops its academic activities in the laboratory, advising students of the Graduate Program (master and doctoral level) and conducting research in the following themes: Cleaner Production, Industrial Ecology and Sustainability Indicators.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS
The Production and Environment Laboratory normally works with scientific initiation students, master's and doctoral students and post-doctorates. The Laboratory is currently offering vacancies at all levels. Project where students can develop their research activities:

Project Name: SUSTAINABILITY ENGINEERING: CONCEPTS, TOOLS AND APPLICATIONS
Description: This project seeks to use and/or develop quantitative tools for the efficient management of natural resources in production systems, management of emissions, effluents and solid waste, as well as the implementation of management systems environmental and social responsibility. The objective is to contribute to the advancement of science on the subject (theoretical) and to the formulation of public policies and/or production management (practical) on issues such as: (1) Environmental Management Systems and Certification; (2) Management of Natural and Energy Resources; (3) Waste management; (4) Cleaner Production and Circular Economy; (5) Social Responsibility, all fundamental to achieving the Sustainable Development objectives of the 2030 Agenda.
